To make effective use of leftover thread by garment factories, it is essential that colors perfectly match with any additional purchased thread. Manufacturers must continue to dye products in the same colors repeatedly. FUJIX brand sewing threads has undergone strict hue management for each dyeing operation to ensure keeping the same colors all the time. We also maintain the highest level of durability in color fastness and so on.
To ensure sewing works go smoothly, we carry out a final inspection after neatly and uniformly winding the thread on the spool. We carry out statistical analysis of our product flaws and the results of our inspections at each stage of our production process. Using this information objectively, we always make improvements in our operation and work to eliminate production loss and defects. We also centrally manage all data from each factory and provide quick feedback to all of production team in our Group.
